It's located at the DJ table in the Night Club.

I'm just glad it looks all old-style.

UPDATE!!!

There's another pin at the Mine Shack called the Gold Feather pin!

If you use it at the stage near the hole with a feather imprint, you can get a special background that comes out near the throne.
